Role Overview
This position focuses on maintaining elevator systems through prompt response to service requests, breakdowns, and technical faults. The Field Executive ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently while delivering strong customer support and upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service callbacks and emergency breakdowns with urgency and professionalism
- Perform minor repairs and systematic troubleshooting on elevator systems
- Ensure complete code maintenance across assigned routes and maintain accurate records
- Deliver consistent customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Maintain 5S standards at all job sites to ensure organization and operational efficiency
- Complete service orders within designated timeframes
- Identify and report potential business opportunities to support service expansion
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Full-time Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the elevator industry
- Proven background in elevator service, maintenance, and field support
Work Location
This is a local position based in New Delhi, specifically at 89, Nehru Place, G-9 and G-14. The role requires regular field visits within the designated service area.
