Jobgether is hiring a Field Engineer - Urology for a remote position in the United States. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of medical device innovation and clinical application, directly supporting product development from research through clinical trials. Your work will impact the advancement of urology solutions and contribute to patient care.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute tissue testing protocols to ensure repeatable and accurate results in ex vivo tissue studies.
Coordinate logistics for tissue testing, including scheduling, training, and equipment setup with vendors, clinical sites, and research partners.
Document and maintain traceable preclinical tissue testing data.
Contribute to product development activities including design outputs, verification and validation, and engineering builds.
Ensure all design documentation complies with applicable design control systems and project deliverables are met.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while fostering teamwork and open communication.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of clinical or research laboratory experience, preferably in medical devices.
Proven experience in complex systems design, engineering, and product development, including commercialization support.
Skilled in driving products through verification, validation, and regulatory submission processes.
Familiarity with quality management systems.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across teams and external partners.
Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically on short notice.
