GE HealthCare is hiring a Field Engineer 1 to provide onsite service and support for medical equipment within hospital and healthcare systems in the Kansas City, MO and Kansas City, KS areas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of critical medical devices.

What You'll Do

Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment.
Maintain customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up to drive satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Document all work performed and manage the ordering of necessary parts.

What We're Looking For

An Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, relevant military education, completion of a formal GE HealthCare biomedical or field engineer internship/apprenticeship; OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
A valid Driver's License.
Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
