The Field Clinical Specialist assumes responsibility for instructing medical professionals regarding PASCAL technologies, equipment manipulation, implantation protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and comprehensive case assistance within designated healthcare facilities and geographical regions. Territory: Germany (Düsseldorf, Köln, Bonn, Aachen) travel mandatory! Interested candidates considering regional relocation will receive comprehensive transition support. How you will generate meaningful impact Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive educational coverage regarding technological device aspects, manipulation techniques, implantation procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies involving equipment, tools, and procedural products, ensuring complete certification for autonomous case management • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and staff regarding technical product and procedure dimensions, including imaging through personalized and structured educational interventions • Accountable for strategic account expansion collaborating with Business Management teams • Develop and continuously enhance training curriculum, materials, and instructional tools based on clinical research experiences, organizational guidelines, and standard operating procedures • Responsible for certification of medical centers, physicians, associated personnel, and internal team members according to established protocols • Validate software and hardware field updates as applicable • Consistently evaluate clinical support activities, market dynamics, assigned accounts, and competitive landscapes through cross-functional team collaboration • Execute additional peripheral responsibilities Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline Clinical/technical training experience Required Additional: 3 years related medical device/clinical experience Required Additional Skills: • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment operation • Strong written/verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship capabilities • Advanced negotiation and relationship management competencies • Robust problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Moderate cardiovascular scientific knowledge • Comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, physiological processes • Moderate comprehension of medical device regulatory frameworks and documentation • Moderate imaging analysis software expertise • Capability to manage confidential information discreetly • Strict adherence to organizational protocols and safety requirements, implementing preventative measures protecting personnel and environmental integrity
