Company is looking for a Field Application Specialist specializing in bioprocessing chromatography to support customers in the Boston, MA area. You will provide deep technical expertise and application guidance for our bioprocessing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for chromatography applications in bioprocessing
- Deliver on-site and remote application training and demonstrations
- Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer needs and workflows
- Translate complex customer requirements into effective technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with chromatography systems in a bioprocessing or life sciences environment
- Strong background in biopharmaceutical downstream processing
- Ability to independently manage a territory and customer portfolio
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
Work Mode
This role is a remote position based in the Boston, MA area, requiring regular travel to customer sites within the region.
