Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre invites applications for a prestigious two-year international Fellowship for Radiation Oncologists. The role is structured with 80% research and 20% clinical focus, providing a unique training opportunity across two world-leading cancer centres: Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia (year 1) and The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester, UK (year 2).
What You'll Do
- Undertake supervised research across both institutions, contributing to high-impact, collaborative projects with potential for global influence.
- Contribute to academic outputs, including presenting at departmental meetings, conferences, and submitting peer-reviewed publications.
- Practice as a radiation oncologist with minimal supervision in the clinical component of the role.
- Contribute to the academic productivity of your tumour stream, completing a research project and actively participating in other research, clinical, and educational activities.
