Motorola Solutions is hiring a Fee Administrator to work with field agents and clients to determine and process the fees necessary to run accounts. This role is part of MVRecovery, the Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of MVTrac/MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company. The position involves working assignments within a fast-paced environment, performing responsibilities 100% via computer with no field work or travel.
What You'll Do
- Request, approve, and reject agent fee requests.
- Review agent fee denial appeals.
- Communicate escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed.
- Pull and maintain fee reports.
- Update designated accounts.
- Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of each fee request as needed.
- Receive, investigate, and answer emails/queries from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Facilitate occasional outgoing telephone calls to support business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 year administrative-related experience, or equivalent.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Nice to Have
- Experience with collateral repossession.
- Proficiency in G-Suite.
- RDN, Recovery Connect (RC) and iBeam experience.
