Capgemini is looking for a FBS Sr. Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various functions. This position requires a seasoned recruiter passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience within our dynamic and inclusive global organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and passive candidate outreach, to build a strong pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team culture, advising on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments through phone, behavioral, and technical interviews where applicable.
- Present job offers and manage the negotiation process.
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Support company diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair, equitable, and inclusive recruitment process.
- Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process to streamline and enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high volume of recruitment activity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
