About the Role

The position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the Financial Business Services division, ensuring timely placements and strong candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business units
  • Identify talent needs in coordination with hiring managers
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Manage communication throughout the interview lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory hiring standards
  • Partner with HR on onboarding procedures
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Conduct market research to understand talent availability
  • Provide updates on recruitment metrics and progress
  • Participate in recruitment process improvements
  • Assist in employer branding activities
  • Attend career fairs and recruitment events
  • Build relationships with academic and professional networks
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates
  • Collaborate with global recruitment teams
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring journey
  • Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices
  • Support leadership with workforce planning insights
  • Drive time-to-hire and quality-of-hire improvements
  • Promote organizational culture during candidate interactions
