About the Role
The position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the Financial Business Services division, ensuring timely placements and strong candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business units
- Identify talent needs in coordination with hiring managers
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Manage communication throughout the interview lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory hiring standards
- Partner with HR on onboarding procedures
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Develop talent pipelines for critical roles
- Conduct market research to understand talent availability
- Provide updates on recruitment metrics and progress
- Participate in recruitment process improvements
- Assist in employer branding activities
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events
- Build relationships with academic and professional networks
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates
