Capgemini is hiring an FBS Agile Product Manager to maximize the delivery of value to our customers in the shortest sustainable lead time. In this role, you will identify business and customer needs, prioritize program-level work, and guide this work through the Program Kanban while contributing to the value stream's vision and roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Embrace continuous exploration through frequent customer interaction, using findings as input into the vision, roadmap, and feature selection.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Work closely with development in short, integrated learning cycles.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining the program vision for how the ART will achieve business objectives.
- Be responsible for the program roadmap illustrating how features are intended to be implemented over time.
- Define and maintain Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs) and other enabler work.
- Work with Epic Owners to develop Lean business cases for Epics affecting the ART.
- Manage the flow of work into and through the program Kanban.
- Continuously define, prioritize, and validate features.
- Be receptive to emerging knowledge and information that can be quickly fed back into the solution.
- Define release readiness and own the decision of when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release.
- Actively participate in biweekly System Demos and the aggregated System Demo at the end of the Program Increment (PI).
- Participate in the assessment of Metrics and be an active participant in the Inspect and Adapt workshop.
- During PI planning, present the vision highlighting proposed features and relevant milestones.
- Act as a Business Owner for the train, approving PI Objectives and establishing business value.
- Build an effective Product Management/Product Owner team.
- Aid in the development of Product Owners on the train.
- Contribute to team satisfaction as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure ongoing communication and transparency of the program vision and roadmap.
- Continuously develop and communicate the vision to development teams.
- Support the department's professional development, employee engagement, and continual improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years in Product Management or a related role is required.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge or experience with SAFe/Agile Methodology.
Nice to Have
- 2 years experience in a Product Owner role or similar.
- 1-3 years of leadership experience.
Technical Stack
- Rally Dev Intake and Management Tool or similar.
- Figma Design Boards.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
Team & Environment
You will work with an Agile Release Train (ART), development teams, Product Owners, Epic Owners, System Architects, and Business Owners. This role may require frequent support from more senior Product Management or leadership.
