The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is hiring a Family Law Paralegal to support our growing legal team. In this role, you will provide crucial support managing family law cases in Texas, drafting critical documents and managing case logistics. What You'll Do
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Prepare discovery requests and responses
- File documents with the court
- Prepare exhibits for trial
- Calendar meetings and appointments
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2+ years of family law experience in Texas
- Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 7+ years of exact Texas family law experience in lieu of education
- Excellent typing skills and computer literacy
- Solid understanding of MS Office and/or Google Suite applications
- Proficiency with Clio and TxDoc or similar software
- Ability to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and positive communication style
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of family law experience in Texas
