Cognizant is hiring a FAH/OFSAA Administrator. In this role, you will make an impact by managing and supporting the OFSAA infrastructure across its lifecycle, including administration, installation, configuration, and integrations. You will collaborate closely with client infrastructure, DBA, network, and security teams to ensure platform stability, compliance, performance, and environment readiness.
What You'll Do
- Manage IT infrastructure and system administration for OFSAA environments, including installation, configuration, and validation of all OFSAA components.
- Manage WebLogic installation, configuration, and administration, including performance enhancements across OFSAAI versions (7.3.x, 8.0 or similar).
- Configure and maintain integrations between OFSAA and external applications such as OBIEE and database jobs.
- Analyze and apply patches/fixes, identify prerequisites, and support scalability and uptime of application environments.
- Assist with instance strategy, production cutover planning/execution, and provide complete technical documentation for knowledge transfer.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong experience with OFSAA Administration, including installation, configuration, and validation of OFSAA components.
- Hands‑on experience in WebLogic Administration, including installation, configuration, and performance enhancement.
- Experience integrating OFSAA with other systems (OBIEE, database jobs) and maintaining application object libraries.
- Ability to coordinate with client Infrastructure, DBA, network, and security teams to resolve environment-level issues.
- Experience analyzing patches/fixes, identifying prerequisites, and ensuring system compliance and uptime.
Nice to Have
- Background coordinating with multiple client teams and PMO entities.
- Knowledge with Integration Broker configuration for multi‑system integrations.
- Strong documentation skills for knowledge‑transfer deliverables.
- Ability to support instance strategy planning during complex project phases.
- Experience ensuring ongoing compliance with client network/security standards.
- Ability to diagnose environment issues and support production cutover activities.
