We are seeking a Facility Manager - Technical to join our team, providing crucial engineering support to the Facilities Management team at assigned facilities. In this role, you will manage the Mechanical & Electrical scope of projects and assist in comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services.
What You'll Do
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of FM reports pertaining to assigned facilities.
- Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with the highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
- Manage M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and deliverables within stipulated time.
- Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
- Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Senior Facilities Manager.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
- Manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.
- Prepare critical spares list for all installations and plan for inventory.
- Implement and oversee pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce risk of sudden failures.
- Review maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.
- Manage Downtime/Breakdowns.
- Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per client requirement.
- Ensure contractors follow house rules and handle projects with minimum inconvenience to the Client.
- Assume AFM responsibilities if need arises.
- Handle shifts independently on all Engineering related matters.
- Responsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Account Manager.
- Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipment.
- Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 – 7 years experience in facilities management.
- Hands-on experience in a Manufacturing Site environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering essential.
- Very good people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
- Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Account Manager and contribute to targets set by the Senior Facilities Manager.

This is an onsite position located in Bengaluru, KA.
