Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc is hiring a Facilities Maintenance/HVAC Technician to serve as the operational backbone of our maintenance team. This role champions the upkeep, reliability, and safety of all building systems, ensuring facilities run efficiently through preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and system support.
What You'll Do
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on building systems including HVAC, air compressors, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofing, and grounds equipment.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review, create, and maintain assigned work orders within a digital Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, paint, piping, and floors.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, performing both reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as fire alarms and fire pumps.
- Identify and manage outside contractors/vendors from sourcing through job completion.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safe work habits.
- Complete all required safety training as scheduled.
What We're Looking For
- Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in one or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, power transmissions, or plumbing.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance.
- Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Technical proficiency with work order management systems (CMMS).
- Current EPA certification or ability and commitment to obtain.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and hair follicle drug screening.

- Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school diploma.
