JLL is looking for a Fabric Technician to join our facilities management team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned fabric works, maintenance, and reactive activities at the Rolls-Royce site in Raynesway, Derby. The role requires working independently while collaborating with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service in line with UK building regulations.
What You'll Do
- Carry out various building fabric tasks as instructed.
- Complete any other relevant fabric building tasks as reasonably requested.
What We're Looking For
- Sound interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experience and competence in relevant Health & Safety requirements.
- A very good understanding of building fabric/construction and experience working within retail, commercial, corporate, or educational premises.
- Holder of a full clean and valid driving license.
Nice to Have
- CSCS Card.
- IPAF/PASMA certifications.
