Halliburton is hiring an F&A Analytics CoE Analyst to support Finance and Order-to-Cash (OTC) stakeholders through a centralized Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will deliver governed, scalable analytics solutions by developing automated data workflows and ensuring data integrity across enterprise systems.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and support scalable analytics solutions using Alteryx and Power BI, partnering with Finance and OTC stakeholders to translate operational needs into governed reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows and automated data pipelines leveraging SAP, OTC, and Salesforce data.
- Manage analytics request intake, prioritization, and issue resolution through established CoE governance and tracking mechanisms.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems through validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Execute recurring analytics operations, including scheduled dataset refreshes, monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
- Administer governed access to analytics assets and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, data dependencies, and release artifacts.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience supporting OTC operations or systems, with a strong understanding of end-to-end OTC workflows and controls.
- Experience leveraging analytics and reporting tools to prepare, transform, and support enterprise data (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) for operational and financial reporting.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and workflow development.
- Experience supporting Power BI reports and datasets in a governed enterprise environment.
- Understanding of formal analytics lifecycle processes, including request intake and prioritization, UAT, and controlled production releases.
- Experience operating within a centralized analytics or CoE model.
