Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Production Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for our manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing production performance.
What You'll Do
- Collate, review, and analyze production reports to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Track, record, and analyze waste generated across all production lines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain a daily dashboard for operational review.
- Ensure availability of logbooks for Operators and appropriate recording of line data.
- Provide line manager with production information and analysis as required.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of production-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- Holder of HND/BSc in Engineering, Mathematics, or a numerical-related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management, including knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in database management.
- Ability to analyze large data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvements.
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Passionate about continuous improvement.
