Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Nord, France Remote (Global) Full-time

Kestra is hiring a Senior Solution Engineer

About the Role

What You'll Do

Act as a primary technical contact for enterprise prospects and customers, translating business needs into scalable, real-world implementations. Lead technical discovery sessions, design proof-of-concept architectures, and define success criteria that accelerate time-to-value.

Drive customer outcomes throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding and training to ongoing optimization and architectural reviews. Own technical escalations, working closely with engineering to resolve critical issues and implement preventive solutions.

Demonstrate the platform’s capabilities by showcasing its declarative, universal orchestration model and how it improves upon legacy systems. Create technical content, present at industry events, and engage with the open-source community to foster ecosystem growth.

Requirements

You have a dual mindset: deeply technical yet highly collaborative. You’re comfortable writing code and designing systems, but equally skilled at explaining complex concepts to both engineers and decision-makers. You bring hands-on experience in one or more domains: data engineering, infrastructure-as-code, or AI/MLOps.

Your approach to problem-solving goes beyond troubleshooting—you identify root causes, recommend architectural improvements, and help teams avoid future roadblocks. You’re adept at gathering customer feedback and turning it into actionable insights for product development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Production experience with tools such as dbt, Spark, Snowflake, or DuckDB
  • Proficiency in Terraform or OpenTofu, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with orchestration platforms like Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster
  • Understanding of LLM workflows, vector databases, and model deployment pipelines

Benefits

  • Work remotely with a flexible schedule—no location restrictions
  • Shape the future of field engineering as an early team member
  • Contribute to a growing open-source community with global reach
  • Build with modern, cloud-native technologies including AI agent orchestration
