Kellanova is hiring a Lead Application Developer to join our manufacturing IT team in Jackson, TN. In this role, you will drive technology solutions and standardization for our North American manufacturing operations, serving as a subject matter expert to set the application foundation and roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Drive the evolution and standardization of manufacturing applications and the IT technology landscape for Kellanova North America.
- Set the application foundation and roadmap for the plant as a subject matter expert across manufacturing application technologies.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership, engineering, and IT to lead requirements gathering, solutions assessments, technology evaluations, AI case assessment & development, and systems design.
- Collect, harmonize, and aggregate critical operational data to enable analytics and insights driving performance improvements.
- Identify and drive the next generation of value-creating IT technologies and applications across manufacturing.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement new solutions leveraging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, advanced analytics, IIOT sensors, and AR/VR.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, data science.
- Programming skills in SQL, Python and/or R.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing operations.
