Yopeso Romania SRL is hiring an Export Sales Lead - Korea to accelerate the global success of Korean advertisers by leveraging Netflix's advertising solutions. You will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with leading Korean brands to help them reach international audiences, in a highly strategic, cross-functional role requiring exceptional stakeholder management.
What You'll Do
- Drive the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies to catalyze the global success of Korean advertisers, leveraging Netflix's global reach and content portfolio.
- Establish, cultivate, and monetize deep relationships with key decision-makers at Korea's top advertisers and their agencies to secure long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Lead high-stakes strategic discussions and complex negotiations with C-level executives to identify business needs and deliver bespoke advertising solutions.
- Champion seamless collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to guarantee flawless campaign execution and architect scalable internal systems and processes.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Netflix Korea, representing the company at industry forums and championing the value of advertising solutions.
- Build and rigorously manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in advertising sales.
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic planning and prospecting skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Deep understanding of client priorities, performance metrics, and how to align solutions.
- Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering.
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into tactics and outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, make decisions and manage at entrepreneurial speed.
- Confident presentation skills and executive presence.
