Groupe Rocher is looking for an Export Coordinator for a 6-month internship starting in June 2026. You will join the B2B Operations Directorate (Forecasts, Stocks & Services team) of Yves Rocher, a French, family-owned international group with a unique integrated model as botanists, harvesters, manufacturers, and retailers.
What You'll Do
- Collect and update store opening/renovation forecasts with sales teams.
- Transmit purchase orders to the Retail Supply team and/or suppliers.
- Coordinate logistics: monitor receipts at the logistics platform, stock levels, and shipments to markets.
- Act as the operational interface with Supply, Logistics, B2B Commerce, Finance teams, and suppliers (uniforms and lighting).
- Monitor indicators: stock, lead times, disputes/after-sales service; contribute to stock clearance plans.
- Serve as the central point of contact for market Agents on ad-hoc NPDB (Non Beauty Products) requests.
- Execute the booking-order-stock-shipment cycle for NPDB to ensure service continuity.
- Map end-to-end processes (from order to delivery, stock management, internal interfaces).
- Identify pain points, waste, and non-value-added tasks; propose quick wins and structured projects.
- Automate and improve reliability: macros/VBA, Power Query/Power Pivot, scripts, streamline Excel files, optimize the Access database; implement dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
- Re-design processes (RACI, standardization) and formalize new operating procedures.
- Measure gains and manage deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Student pursuing a Bac +4/5 in business school, engineering school, or university, specializing in Supply Chain, data, or industrial fields.
Nice to Have
- A profile with strong technical and analytical appetite, capable of taking a step back.
