The Experimentation Lead will design and lead real-world experimentation programs for large organizations to validate customer demand, product feasibility, and market traction. Future Foundry helps clients turn uncertainty into evidence through structured testing, and this role is central to delivering that mission.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design of experiments that test customer demand, product feasibility, and market traction using over 60 types of experiments
- Oversee the running of experiments including recruiting participants, conducting customer interviews, designing product visuals, setting up ads, and tracking behavioural data
- Deliver workshops with client teams and external customers to help stakeholders surface assumptions, prioritise uncertainties, and structure meaningful tests
- Turn raw qualitative and quantitative data into compelling evidence
- Work closely with client teams to understand evidence and determine next steps
- Form clear, strategic recommendations on where to accelerate, adapt, or withdraw, including implications for future projects
- Support business development and proposal work for client extensions
- Take ownership of the company's experimentation methodology by codifying and refining frameworks, templates, and playbooks
- Be solely responsible for one client project at a time, managing the team, the client, and delivery
- Lead small, lean teams of 2-3 people
- Report to the Partners
- Guide and train junior team members

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (Pro-rata)
