8Twelve Mortgage Power Network is looking for an Experienced Offsite Mortgage Agent/Broker to join our growing team. This role is designed for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing your pipeline and acting as the key intermediary between lenders and borrowers.
What You'll Do
- Manage your personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
- Establish and foster relationships with clients to assist them in making informed mortgage decisions.
- Oversee the entire mortgage process for each client, from initial contact to closing, including application, document collection, lender submission, and condition fulfillment.
- Ensure proper follow-up with each client throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
- Act as an intermediary between lenders and borrowers.
- Keep informed on local real estate market trends and changing mortgage rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- A High School Diploma.
- A valid Mortgage Agent License.
