Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a French Speaking Customer Support specialist to join our team supporting users of virtual job and freelance platforms. Your core mission is to provide excellent support and ensure a seamless experience for French-speaking customers.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking users through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our virtual job platforms and freelance services, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
