Arbor Education is hiring a Customer Education Team Coordinator

About the Role

Arbor Education is looking for a Customer Education Team Coordinator to ensure the Customer Education team operates efficiently and delivers exceptional educational experiences. You will coordinate schedules and workflows to boost team efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and ensure training is booked and delivered timely for our school customers.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate schedules and workloads for the Customer Education team.
  • Contribute to team meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Track team performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.
  • Own the scheduling of the Customer Education team resource.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Education team in responding to customer enquiries about training bookings, agendas and resources.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure that customer education resources are current, such as FAQs, the Arbor Foundations programme, and the CPD calendar.

Team & Environment

The Customer Education team consists of 15+ FTE and a bank of external freelance trainers. You will be part of this team, working closely with the Head of Customer Education, Customer Education Team Leads, and the Learning and Content Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Education and Customer Education Team Leads.

  • Full-time salary: £25,125 per annum (pro-rata for part-time; £13,400 actual salary based on 20 hours per week).
