Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an Experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This remote role, based in Los Angeles, involves using your recruitment expertise to identify talent and connect candidates with opportunities for a diverse clientele.
What You'll Do
- Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates for a variety of roles across industries.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, capabilities, and cultural fit.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from writing job descriptions to negotiating offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to enhance methods.
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong history of sourcing and placing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to form strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple processes.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving recruitment efforts.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- A results-oriented mindset and a passion for matching talent with opportunities.
- Willingness to work remotely while collaborating effectively with a global team.
