What You'll Do
- Utilize extensive recruiting experience to identify, source, and engage potential candidates for various roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve processes.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding recruitment activities and candidate progress.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter, demonstrating a successful history in sourcing and placing candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Fluency in English is essential.
