We streamline project delivery through strategic talent placement, emphasizing efficient, safe, and seamless workforce management. Role Overview: The Expense Claims Officer is responsible for precise, timely, and compliant processing of employee expense reimbursements. This position supports the Payroll Lead by meticulously reviewing, validating, and reconciling expense submissions in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive review of employee expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance - Processing approved claims through organizational Payroll System - Ensuring comprehensive documentation and correct expense categorization - Identifying and resolving claim discrepancies prior to payment processing Expense Processing & Data Management: - Monitoring designated Expense Communication Channels - Retrieving supporting financial documentation - Validating GST and claimed amounts against individual worker reports - Systematic data entry into payroll management systems - Precise expense category allocation - Maintaining exceptional data integrity and processing efficiency - Proactively addressing potential claim inconsistencies Requirements: - 1–3 years experience in Expense Management or data entry - Intermediate Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot table expertise - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Comprehensive understanding of GST and expense reimbursement regulations - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines - Active and compliant Philippines business registration mandatory
