Tether Operations Limited is looking for an Expansion Manager - Perú to spearhead growth and adoption of our solutions in the Peruvian market. This role is pivotal for expanding our presence through strategic partnerships and navigating the regulatory environment. You will be part of a global, lean, and pioneering team dedicated to transparency and a financial revolution.
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Perú and the region.
- Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech firms, payment providers, and government entities.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies to expand Tether’s products and services.
- Track and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize market strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze USDt and fiat flows for data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
- Manage relationships with regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies.
- Represent the company at key meetings and industry events.
- Support and participate in fintech events, conferences, and meetups to enhance brand visibility.
What We're Looking For
- Deep knowledge of the Peruvian market and regulations in blockchain, fintech, remittances, and payments.
- 5-7 years work experience in cross-border payments, remittances, cryptocurrency, or payment infrastructures.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- A degree in Business, Management, or Finance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with partners, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in partnerships, KPI monitoring, and business growth.
- Analytical, strategic, and results-driven with problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with readiness for international travel.
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.
- Entrepreneurial background and project management expertise is a plus.
