Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking an Executive Vice President & CFO to play a central role in shaping the strategic and financial future of our fast-evolving, mission-driven organization. In this remote leadership role, you will lead finance, technology, business intelligence, and risk management to advance systemic change in healthcare access and equity.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive long-term financial strategy and business transformation across a multi-entity organization.
- Lead high-impact teams across finance, technology, risk management, and business intelligence, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Champion digital transformation by implementing data-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, and real-time reporting to optimize decision-making.
- Reimagine service delivery models to prioritize value creation, innovation, and agility.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the board, communicating complex financial scenarios with clarity, insight, and a future-focused perspective.
- Activate enterprise-wide data governance and digital investment strategies to align financial operations with organizational growth goals.
- Shape and scale multi-business portfolios by aligning capital allocation with long-term impact and sustainability.
- Embed ESG, risk strategy, and accountability into financial practices to build organizational resilience and stakeholder trust.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, mission-driven or growth environments.
- Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of financial frameworks, digital innovation, risk management, and emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of the social determinants of health and a demonstrated commitment to health equity, inclusion, and social justice.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complexity into compelling stories for diverse audiences, including boards and funders.
- Familiarity with global finance trends, alternative service delivery models, and evolving talent ecosystems.
- Strong emotional intelligence and people leadership skills — grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable operating within ambiguity and shifting priorities, while maintaining conviction for systemic change and values-driven leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, generative AI tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
