ELVTR is hiring an Executive Talent Lead based in South Africa. As the first point of contact for potential instructors, your core mission is to screen, engage, and close high-level leads on the vision of building a course with ELVTR.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Executive Screening Calls via video to evaluate charisma, expertise, and teaching potential.
- Pivot from interviewer to recruiter to sell successful candidates on partnering with ELVTR.
- Politely decline senior leaders who don't meet instructor standards while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Move successful candidates to the Production phase for a seamless handoff.
- Provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team to refine their search criteria.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
- Exceptional English proficiency with a strong command of verbal nuance.
- Comfort managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom and keeping organized records in an ATS/CRM.
Nice to Have
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection (fibre preferred) and backup power solution (UPS/Inverter) is highly advantageous.
