What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle executive searches from initial briefing through offer negotiation and role closure, focusing on Director, VP, and C-suite level placements. Develop targeted search strategies and market intelligence to build robust talent pipelines across key business functions and product areas.
Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and outreach campaigns, ensuring consistent employer branding at every interaction. Manage all stages of candidate communication, interview coordination, and feedback collection, aligning closely with hiring leaders.
Design and guide structured interview frameworks with assessment scorecards, supporting hiring managers in fair and calibrated decision-making. Advise on market-aligned compensation, lead offer discussions, and oversee reference validation to ensure smooth onboarding.
Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and quality-of-hire outcomes in collaboration with People Analytics. Champion process improvements and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local data regulations globally.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of direct experience in executive search, either in-house or within retained recruitment firms
- Demonstrated success placing mid-senior to executive-level leaders (Director and above)
- Experience navigating complex hiring landscapes with strong judgment and stakeholder management
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of data privacy standards as they apply to talent acquisition
Preferred Background
- Recruiting experience in technology sectors such as SaaS, FinTech, consumer platforms, or marketplace businesses
- Familiarity with hiring in high-compliance industries like gaming, gambling, or dating
- Regional knowledge of EMEA talent markets, especially the CIS technology ecosystem
