EX Squared is hiring an Executive Director, Strategic Client Engagement to provide leadership for our client success and support functions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery for our key clients.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on client success, engagement, or account management.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic C-level client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale client-facing support or success teams.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.
