EX Squared is seeking an Associate Director of Biostatistics to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will provide critical biostatistical leadership and expertise.
What You'll Do
- Provide statistical leadership and strategic input for clinical development programs.
- Design, plan, and analyze clinical studies, ensuring statistical integrity.
- Develop and review statistical analysis plans, study protocols, and clinical study reports.
- Lead and mentor statistical team members on projects and methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and data management teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and statistical best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in biostatistics within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Proven track record of leading biostatistics contributions for clinical trials.
- Expert knowledge of statistical methodologies, clinical trial design, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong proficiency with statistical software such as SAS or R.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians.
Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring the candidate to be physically located within Massachusetts.
