EX Squared is seeking an Associate Director of Biostatistics to provide leadership and expertise on statistical methods for clinical studies. You will play a key role in shaping the statistical strategy and ensuring the integrity of research data.
What You'll Do
- Provide statistical leadership and methodological guidance for clinical research programs
- Design, analyze, and interpret data from clinical trials
- Develop statistical analysis plans and contribute to study protocols and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, data management, and regulatory affairs
- Ensure statistical activities comply with regulatory standards and company SOPs
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MS) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field
- 8+ years of biostatistics experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
- Proven track record of leading statistical strategy for clinical development
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, analysis methodologies, and regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH)
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex statistical concepts to non-statistical colleagues

This is a fully remote position requiring the candidate to be located and authorized to work in Washington.
