EX Squared is hiring a Sr Director, Customer Success to lead our customer-facing strategy and ensure outstanding client outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey and fostering long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with business goals.
- Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Analyze customer health metrics to proactively drive retention and reduce churn.
- Build and scale processes for customer advocacy, feedback, and reference programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (Director or above) managing customer success teams.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing strategies that improve customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Expert ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable business plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere within the United States.
