EX Squared is hiring an Associate Director of Biostatistics to lead our biostatistics team. In this pivotal role, you will guide the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical studies, specifically within the oncology domain, to advance innovative molecular diagnostic programs.
What You'll Do
- Guide a team of biostatisticians in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical oncology studies.
- Play a key part in advancing innovative molecular diagnostic programs, ensuring scientific rigor and high-quality statistical deliverables.
- Drive strategic biostatistical decisions, mentor and develop team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful clinical insights.
- Contribute to the adoption of novel statistical approaches, support study design innovation, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
