EX Squared is looking for an Associate Director of Biostatistics to provide statistical expertise and leadership for clinical research programs. This is a remote position requiring the candidate to be based in the state of Georgia.
What You'll Do
- Provide statistical leadership and oversight for clinical study design, analysis, and reporting
- Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs), table shells, and programming specifications
- Lead and manage biostatistics deliverables for assigned studies, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Interpret statistical results and collaborate on clinical study reports and regulatory submissions
- Act as the primary biostatistical point of contact for study teams and external partners
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
- 8+ years of biostatistics experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
- Proven experience leading biostatistical activities for multiple clinical studies
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, statistical methodologies, and regulatory (FDA/ICH) guidelines
- Strong proficiency with statistical programming (SAS and R)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians
