EX Squared is hiring an Associate Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy and execution for clinical development programs. This is a senior, individual contributor role.
What You'll Do
- Provide statistical leadership and oversight for assigned clinical studies
- Develop statistical analysis plans and contribute to study protocol design
- Lead the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results
- Ensure statistical methods and analyses meet regulatory and scientific standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Data Management
What We're Looking For
- PhD in Biostatistics or Statistics with 5+ years of industry experience, or MS with 8+ years
- Proven experience as a lead statistician for multiple Phase II/III clinical trials
- Expert knowledge of clinical trial design, analysis methodologies, and regulatory requirements (FDA/ICH)
- Advanced proficiency in SAS and R
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside within the state of California.
