DriveWhip is hiring an Executive Business Partner to provide proactive administrative and project support to assigned executive leaders and their teams. You will manage complex schedules, communications, travel, and project coordination, acting as a key operational partner.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Support, draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Plan and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Arrange travel, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office organization.
- Identify and prioritize tasks based on the urgency and importance of leadership’s top priorities.
- Prepare executives for meetings, presentations, and public speaking engagements.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates and reminders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to engage with critical information, maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to manage a high volume of competing tasks that require urgency to complete.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience supporting senior executives.
- Demonstrated history of partnering with executive stakeholders to coordinate, facilitate, and resolve conflicting priorities.
