Nacar seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of our venture capital firm. In this role, you'll ensure the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly, focusing on scheduling, professional communication, and logistical support in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner on behalf of the CEO.
- Book domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Organize agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Track deadlines, manage reminders, and support the CEO with various administrative needs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
