About the Role

Solventum is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to SVP and VP leaders. You’ll be a key partner within the Transition Management (TMO) team, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating effective communication across a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to SVP and VP leaders, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from key meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Create, edit, and organize documents and presentations for the TMO leaders and team.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the TMO leaders, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Serve as a liaison between the leaders, team members, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma/GED OR higher.
  • 2 years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role in a private, public or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice to Have

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.

You will support SVP and VP leaders within the Transition Management (TMO) team, reporting directly to those leaders.

  • Base pay range: $82,370 - $100,675 plus variable incentive pay
