Philips is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Global VP and GM of Ultrasound Services & Solutions. You will be a key administrative partner, managing a demanding schedule, coordinating complex travel, and supporting the Ultrasound Services leadership team in our Cambridge, MA location.
What You'll Do
- Handle comprehensive and complex calendar management for the Global Ultrasound Services & Solutions Leader.
- Conduct meeting preparations and organize complex, detailed visa and travel arrangements.
- Plan and organize leadership meetings, off-sites, and customer visits, including detailed logistics.
- Provide administrative support for Ultrasound Services meetings and Enterprise Champion business meetings.
- Provide administrative support for budget tracking, purchase orders, and manage expense reporting and travel booking in Concur.
- Deliver the full range of administrative tasks, which could involve a high level of responsibility and confidential matters.
- Communicate with the Services Leadership team as necessary.
- Work with the Global Service Leaders' Executive Assistant team to coordinate regular Service Leaders Meetings.
- Work with the Remote-Digital Services Enterprise Leadership team to coordinate regular Remote-Digital Services Meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of work experience as an Executive or Management Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn the landscape to lead when necessary.
- Experience as an exceptional editor for communications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated track record of proactivity and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to set priorities under high pressure and resolve problems independently.
- A natural assertive attitude and strong communication, organization and planning skills.
- Strong skills in Outlook calendar and mail management.
- Associate’s degree.
- Available in the Cambridge office for at least 3 days a week.
- Flexible, able to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
- Both a team and independent worker, easily connecting to others and building a network.
- Ability to work with all levels in the organization.
- Discrete, structured, and accurate with full-time support availability.
- US work authorization.
- Reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Team & Environment
You will be a member of the team of Executive Assistants that supports the Ultrasound Management team, reporting directly to the Global VP and GM of Ultrasound Services & Solutions. You will work with a strong Leadership Team that reports directly to the Services Leader.
