Assist World is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Founder, acting as a key partner in managing their professional world. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines or South Africa.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Founder's complex calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Founder
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring the Founder is well-prepared
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening inquiries and determining priority levels
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or founders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
- High degree of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Founder of Assist World.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be professionally based in and legally authorized to work in the Philippines or South Africa.
