Elevate and Delegate is hiring an Executive Assistant to act as a direct extension of the executive they support. Your core mission is to protect their time, reduce friction, ensure execution, and maintain visibility across all high-priority responsibilities—whether or not you are the one physically doing the work.
What You'll Do
- Monitor, sort, and organize all incoming emails, replying directly to clear-cut requests, drafting responses for review, and creating templates.
- Fully manage the calendar, including meetings, travel, and appointments, prioritizing time allocation and adding full context to every event.
- Join meetings (camera off unless required) to take notes, track decisions, assign action items, and ensure follow-through.
- Attend planning, strategy, and leadership meetings when appropriate, preparing decision-making briefs and maintaining a priority tracker.
- Compile weekly or monthly reports and dashboards, tracking business KPIs and flagging variances or issues needing attention.
- Assist with posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
- Own naming conventions, folder organization, and version control for key files like agreements, contracts, SOPs, and policies.
- Track receipts, expenses, and manage expense reports, while maintaining a vendor renewal calendar and following up on renewals.
- Manage personal scheduling, including travel, appointments, and logistics, and coordinate personal errands or sending gifts on key dates.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines for key projects, following up with staff to ensure completion and escalating blockers.
- Maintain digital copies of NDAs, policies, contracts, and compliance documents, ensuring all are signed and filed correctly.

Benefits & Compensation
- You will work directly with the client, communicating with them and addressing client-related matters independently.
- All payments for your services are handled directly by the client; Elevate and Delegate is not involved in payroll.
- Compensation range is $1200-$1800/month.
- Vacation leaves and holidays are at the client's discretion, with the expectation that you align your schedule with the client's business needs.
