Lucid Motors is hiring an Executive Assistant

Support the President and Chief of Staff through comprehensive administrative coordination, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Manage complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and oversee detailed travel logistics, both domestic and international, with careful attention to timing and confidentiality.

Act as a trusted liaison, handling correspondence, phone inquiries, and stakeholder communications with professionalism. Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting follow-ups, and maintain organized records to keep leadership informed and on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, aligning with the Chief of Staff to ensure efficiency and preparedness.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and official documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Translate materials between Arabic and English as needed, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
  • Support event planning, cross-functional initiatives, and special projects under the direction of senior leadership.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring at least five years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate setting, with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent background in business administration is required.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, DocuSign, and Concur is expected. Strong written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are critical for success.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technology, automotive, or premium consumer sectors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Work Environment
