What You'll Do
Support the President and Chief of Staff by managing daily operations, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and travel planning. Serve as a trusted liaison for internal teams and external contacts, handling correspondence and communications with precision and tact.
Prepare agendas, organize meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed. Draft, edit, and format key documents such as presentations and reports, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Facilitate accurate translation of materials between Arabic and English, maintaining organized and accessible records.
Assist in cross-functional initiatives, event coordination, and special projects as directed. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience providing executive-level support in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background in business administration or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and with precision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, DocuSign, and Concur
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential matters
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Excellent interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels
