About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the founder of Obodo Pro Limited, who frequently travels between the UK, France, the US, and the UAE. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage complex logistics and communications in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the founder, including scheduling, email and calendar management, and travel coordination
  • Handle various business and personal administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications professionally in both English
  • Organize complex travel itineraries, visas, and accommodations across multiple countries
  • Track expenses, handle invoices, and assist with financial documentation
  • Manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas, data analysis, and reporting)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and managing priorities efficiently
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-changing environment

Nice to Have

  • French language proficiency a major benefit
  • Familiarity with P&L, Xero or similar, payment and finance flows
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals

Work Mode
