MinterEllison is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant to join our Sydney M&A team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Practice Group Leader and other fee earners, providing exceptional coordination and administrative support to drive seamless operations and outstanding client service.
What You'll Do
- Manage comprehensive diaries and travel arrangements
- Coordinate confidential communications
- Plan events and manage their logistics
- Support client liaison and relationship building
- Oversee file management, including opening/closing matters and electronic filing
- Handle monthly billing, client reporting, and invoicing
- Reconcile AMEX statements
- Provide general administrative support including printing and filing

- Strong understanding of MS Office applications
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence engaging at all levels
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
