Unknown Company was looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant, titled 'Life Manager to Nehemiah Davis,' is a high-performance role serving as a strategic right hand across both business and personal operations at Nehemiah Davis. This position requires managing complex logistics, schedules, and light business initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, events, and travel
  • Proactively manage conflicts and shifting priorities
  • Protect executive time and enforce structure
  • Email triage and follow-ups
  • Vendor coordination and contract tracking
  • Light project management across business initiatives
  • Research, booking, and logistics coordination
  • Track tasks, commitments, and deliverables
  • Manage appointments (medical, grooming, etc.)
  • Oversee shopping and personal errands
  • Event planning (personal and professional)
  • Property and household management
  • Coordinate maintenance, services, and home vendors
  • Book and manage domestic and international travel
  • Prepare detailed itineraries
  • Travel alongside executive when required
  • Handle last-minute travel changes

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $5,000–$7,000 per month (1099 Contractor)

Work Mode

Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with core hours from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, plus weekend availability as needed.
