About the Role

RemoteVA PH is looking for an Excel Data Management Specialist to handle a variety of data tasks, including manipulating large data sets, generating reports, and ensuring the accurate entry of information into websites and databases.

What You'll Do

  • Perform advanced data manipulation and cleanup in Excel
  • Generate and maintain accurate and informative reports
  • Input and manage data across websites and internal databases
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data
  • Collaborate with team members to meet reporting and data entry deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, charts)
  • Strong analytical and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working setup

Technical Stack

  • Other platforms and internal systems related to data entry and reporting
