About the Role

What You'll Do

Oversee key aspects of events ranging from 500 to 3,000 attendees, ensuring every detail aligns with client goals and agency standards. You’ll coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver seamless experiences.

  • Manage multiple event workstreams simultaneously, maintaining quality under tight timelines
  • Lead regular check-ins with project stakeholders to assess progress and resolve challenges
  • Anticipate risks and apply strategic thinking to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate with finance leads to monitor budgets, secure approvals, and maintain cost transparency
  • Negotiate with vendors to improve service quality and reduce expenses
  • Train and support junior team members, fostering professional growth
  • Ensure clear, timely communication across all parties via email and phone

Requirements

You bring proven experience and a disciplined approach to event execution. Success in this role requires organization, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • 3–5 years in event management, preferably within experiential marketing or live events
  • Track record managing events with 500+ attendees
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Valid passport for potential travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
