Lead and deliver impactful events by managing core elements of small to medium-scale programs and contributing to larger initiatives. You will take ownership of event components from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple event workstreams, maintaining clear oversight of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing strategic input and proactive communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions
- Oversee budget management in partnership with finance, securing approvals and preventing overruns
- Negotiate with vendors to improve service quality and optimize costs
- Apply critical thinking to anticipate risks and resolve issues efficiently across the planning cycle
- Train and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth within the team
- Uphold agency standards and contribute to departmental initiatives and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience in event management, with a proven ability to manage programs serving 500–3,000 attendees. A results-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings are essential. A valid passport is required for potential travel.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is expected.
Work Environment
This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility in scheduling. Team members may work from Beaverton, Seattle, or remotely. The position supports a collaborative, inclusive culture that values adaptability, professionalism, and continuous learning.
